What REITs would you recommend or do you have in your portfolio?

I would like to add some to diversify my portfolio.

If I wanted to buy a REIT, I'd probably reach for $O... I simply like the distribution of their tenants, who aren't at much risk of default. Long term, they are able to grow, though it gets more and more complicated with size.
