The two sides of the Atlantic appear to be at a breaking point. Meanwhile, Washington’s 15 % duty on most EU goods remains matched by Europe’s delayed concessions, sparking unease across industry. With talks stalled and new penalties looming on trucks, wind turbines and critical minerals, Brussels warns: the clock is ticking and the game is shifting.
