During higher inflation the construction industry was in a lull, but I expect it to pick back up as rates fall.
Look at $TOL+2.0%. That's a great company in that sector, but it's pretty high now too.

It's hard to say, it's all still relatively early days, so I don't want to judge. I think it's still pretty even and time will tell who is asleep and who is leading.

We would have to wait for growth to be overcome. The stock has been up enough as it is and now it has confirmed that it is not yet up to these levels. I think the results OK and the move in line with them.
New data from analyst firm CivicScience shows that Tesla $TSLA+7.3%'s popularity among Democrats has dropped to 16% as of July 16, compared to 39% in January. Among Republicans, the data shows that popularity has dropped to 23% from 36% in the same time period.

I'll add my opinion here too, which I haven't changed for a few months now, and that's agreeing with caution as you write about it, Powell and the Fed are like that too in my opinion thanks to the election. Although all sides say no, it certainly has an effect and I believe in one reduction, but also not until the end, November/December.
Hey investors, how do you see it now with companies like $VALE+2.2% and $RIO+3.6%? I see that both are losing a few percent over the last month, but I can't quite track down the reasons why. I'm more interested though, what do you think of the current valuation?
So that price is fine for me to buy. The stock has been dropping quite a bit lately, so why not. But there's just a lot of questions and why it's falling and whether the upside potential is there.
For my part, I'm at a loss here too, the price has come down so it's tempting, but there are enough of those problems. Of course, even as we write here, they have enough cooperation and it's clear enough that the government just won't let them fall, which is a big promise. We will see, but it will be for a long time, that's for sure, and a lot will depend on how capable the leadership is. I probably, if they still get under $20 I might buy a few shares as speculation.
