It's hard to say, it's all still relatively early days, so I don't want to judge. I think it's still pretty even and time will tell who is asleep and who is leading.

We would have to wait for growth to be overcome. The stock has been up enough as it is and now it has confirmed that it is not yet up to these levels. I think the results OK and the move in line with them.
New data from analyst firm CivicScience shows that Tesla $TSLA's popularity among Democrats has dropped to 16% as of July 16, compared to 39% in January. Among Republicans, the data shows that popularity has dropped to 23% from 36% in the same time period.

I'll add my opinion here too, which I haven't changed for a few months now, and that's agreeing with caution as you write about it, Powell and the Fed are like that too in my opinion thanks to the election. Although all sides say no, it certainly has an effect and I believe in one reduction, but also not until the end, November/December.
In the end, the banks had great results, but I'm still waiting for the $BAC results.
